Amenities
Barton College in Wilson, NC is just 1 hour east of Raleigh. This campus provides a great atmosphere for camp with its small-campus feel. Traffic is limited to the perimeter of campus, so students will be able to safely move around campus without crossing streets. Barton has an intramural gym that has 2 courts, so we’ll have a space to head indoors in case of rainy weather. Worship will be in the newly-renovated Wilson Gym that now has air-conditioning.
HOUSING: Dorms are 2 beds per room, and a bath on the hall. Some rooms may also be a Jack and Jill bathroom shared between 4 rooms. We will be using East Campus Suites, Hilley Hall, Waters Hall, and Wenger Hall. Room descriptions and diagrams are at the following website: https://www.barton.edu/campus-life/residence-life/residence-halls/ All beds are twin beds. Sheets and towels are NOT provided.
DINING: Enjoy cafeteria-style dining on the 2nd floor of the Hamlin Student Center. Various options are available for those with dietary restrictions or needs. Let us know if you need special accommodations.
Barton College does have a gymnasium available for use during Hang Time, as well as a swimming pool. FUGE Camps staff will help establish pool rotations so that everyone has access throughout the week. There will also be daily activities put on by staff, including tournaments such as basketball and battleball. There is a lounge area under the cafeteria for you to sit back and take a breather from the craziness of camp.

Worship Leader
Austin Miller Band
Austin Miller Band is a group based out of the Carolinas that formed in 2018. Known for their high energy, and passion, AMB constantly seeks to point others to Christ through their music and lives. Seeking to tear down the divide that seems to have been made between the stage and the seats, AMB can be found in every aspect of camp. Austin Miller Band has had the opportunity to partner with Lifeway to lead worship for FUGE Camps both as a full summer band and now as contract musicians. They have also had the opportunity to play for many events from kids camps, to DNOWs, to college retreats, and much more. Front man, Austin Miller, serves as Worship Director at Hope Community Church in Shelby, NC. He understands the importance of youth ministry and desires to see students experience the freedom that comes in Christ. Be on the lookout for music from AMB that serves the Church and that reaches those far from God that they may experience Hope in God.
