You will receive access to your Participant List in an email sent mid-March (subject line: “IMPORTANT: FUGE Camps Participant List Link”). Your participant list is due 14 before your camp.

Camp Waiver & Release

Each person attending FUGE Camps must complete a Camp Waiver and Release, including all adult leaders. Parents of minors are required to complete the form for their child.

*Your group’s registration ID # is required to complete this form.

All forms must all be completed TWO WEEKS before you arrive to camp.

Church Agreement Form

Each Group Leader must complete this form after the Participant List has been submitted. This form certifies that all adults have passed a background check and have completed Lifeway’s Child Protection Training course.

Background Checks

Every adult coming to camp must have had a clear criminal national background check before coming to camp. We do not need copies of the actual background check. You are also required to cross check every adult sponsor with the National Sex Offender Website.

One low cost option to run these background checks is found below. You do not have to use this option for your background checks, if you have another company you would prefer to use.

Child protection Training

Every adult coming to camp must also complete Child Protection Training. This consists of 5 videos to watch and a test to take at the end. Click the link below to access this training.

You do NOT have to bring printed copies of the Child Protection Training certificates this summer.

MFuge Transportation Policy (MFuge only)

Group leaders attending MFuge must read and sign the MFuge Transportation Policy, agreeing to bring adequate transportation to camp.

Sponsor’s Children at Camp Agreement (If Applicable)

Parents bringing their children to camp, who are NOT of age to participate in FUGE Camps, must complete the Sponsor’s Children at Camp Agreement and email to the camp email address and abide by those guidelines. Refer to the Camp Policies tab for the Children at Camp Policy.
