Perched in the Sierra Nevada Mountains near Sonora, Jenness Park Christian Camp is owned and operated by the California Southern Baptist Convention. The camp has been dedicated to meeting the spiritual needs of campers for more than 65 years and has been home to Centrifuge since 1983.
Amenities
The Centrifuge experience here offers great outdoor recreation ranging from backpacking to a lake with paddleboats. Jenness also offers paint ball ($20 for each round), laser tag ($5 per game), archery tag ($10 per game), zip line, climbing wall, and leap of faith. In addition to an intimate auditorium and comfortable dining hall (with some of the BEST camp food you will find anywhere in the country), Jenness Park also has a general store, coffeehouse, indoor game area and lighted amphitheater. We use a variety of housing on campus as many of our weeks fill up. Linens are not provided. Please be aware that your group is personally responsible for damages to any facilities including but not limited to the dorm room your group occupies. You will also be asked by the facility to pay for any damages before you leave. *Information listed above is subject to change without notice.

Camp Pastor
RJ McCauley
RJ McCauley is the Student Ministries Pastor at Magnolia Church in Riverside, CA. Over the past 18 years, he has served in youth ministry as a volunteer, leader, counselor, mentor, coach, teacher, and pastor. RJ has an unrivaled passion for Jesus and wants the next generation to know him.
RJ got saved his senior year in high school and never turned back on God’s calling for his life to build the kingdom of God! He attended and served at Harvest Christian Fellowship for a decade (2003-2013) and currently is working on staff at Magnolia Church (2013-present). He graduated from Riverside Community College with an A.S. in Architecture (2007), California Baptist University with a B.A. in Christian Ministries (2011), took graduate courses at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (2013-2017), and plans on finishing up his higher education with a Masters of Theological Studies and a Doctorate of Ministry at Gateway Seminary (current).
As he reaches the youth in Riverside, he also is reaching the youth outside of his city as a Download Youth Ministry Ambassador, where he shares, train, and writes things about youth ministry. Additionally, he recently became the Youth Coordinator of Evangelism and Outreach for the California Southern Baptist Convention, where he leads a new youth movement through CSBC Youth that hosts annual conferences and youth ministry events.
He is married to his lovely wife Melissa, and they have a beautiful daughter named Emma Rose.

Worship Leader
Chloe Montgomery
Chloe Montgomery is originally from Highland, CA and recently graduated from California Baptist University. She is currently attending and serving at The Grove Community Church. Chloe is passionate about worshiping God through music and loves to see how the Lord uses musical worship at camp to work in students’ lives. Her prayer for Summer 2023 is that students would learn more about who God is through all aspects of camp and that the musical portion would leave them in awe of the saving grace we receive from Jesus Christ’s work on the cross.
