Camp Waiver & Release Form
Once your child is signed up for camp with their church group, please fill out this waiver. This waiver is electronic. You must have this completed no later than 2 weeks before your child goes to camp.
You will need the registration ID # from your group leader.
NOTE: This waiver is NOT a registration.
FUGE Pack
This summer, FUGE Camps will once again offer The FUGE Pack, fully equipped with all your favorite FUGE Camps merchandise! Contents include a t-shirt, crew socks, fabric bracelet, tote bag, and sticker. A $42 value for just $35 and ready for you at camp!
In addition to the FUGE Pack, you can also preorder a camp store card. These can be ordered in increments of $10, $25, or $50 for students to spend in the FUGE Store. You will pay for camp store cards and FUGE Packs during at-camp registration using cash, check, or credit cards.
